Podcast 282: AIMExpo Part 2

This is part 2 of our interviews from the AIMExpo 2018. So many people to talk to, so many bikes to see, so many connections made. Really great event. We start off by talking about Liza and her crazy luck gambling, then we head over to the Skully booth, where we hear Terry giving his spiel to Naked Jim, and we get to try out these helmets and see what they really can do. Then we talk to Mike and Kim from Vanson Leathers. They’ve been making race suits and gear for decades, and continue to make quality products right here in the USA. Next up we hear from Nak, who has a chance to check out Honda’s new Super Cub. Is it as cool in person as we are hoping it to be? Listen and find out. Then we talk to the guys at Sea Foam, and ask the question “What exactly does this product do?” The answer is, more than you thought. We also talked to the guys at the EBC Brakes booth, to find out what the difference is between the different types and pads, and which is the right one for your bike. We also find out about Danny, who is their real life Keebler Elf. We run into listener Joe Rubino, and find out what have been some of his highlights from the show so far. Then we talk to Avery at the Suzuki display. He gives us the scoop on the upgrades to bikes like the SV650 and the Vstrom. Pretty cool stuff happening there. Lastly we finish up with our experience at one of the best supercross races we’ve ever seen. Never look back, is all I’m going to say about this. With Liza, Nak and Naked Jim. This week on our motorcycle podcast we’re joined by Matt from Law Tigers. Law Tigers is a law firm that specializes in motorcycle related cases. Or is the man just trying to give us technology that can save lives? Listen to find out our opinions. Lastly we finish with emails and answer a question about if it’s worth salvaging a free bike.

But first we get some ride reports from the Misfits, including Paul who did ride 24 hours straight, just to be a Misfit for a day.
We also hear from Kat who has renewed her faith in her Ninja 250 with the help of a drill bit to the carb. Then Nak tries to give everyone a lesson in physics, but we’re still not sure he’s right. But he does, so he’ll sleep great tonight.
